The use or spend, what could be the case for fixed lines provided in Towson rooms on campus housing.
A recent study reveals that 93 percent of students on campus Towson have room phones, according to Jerry Dieringer, director of coverage and residence life.
With most students already wirelessly connected, students watch whether or not there is a need for landlines.
